What is the minimum order?
In order to receive the wholesale discount there is a $150 minimum first order, after you've placed your first order there are no minimums. We have no case packs so you can order as few or as many of an item as you like.

Do you offer any training?
Yes. We offer free telephone training every 1-2 months. We compensate you for your time by giving you a $25 credit to use on your next order. You and your staff may all call in to an 800 number and participate in the training. Stores considering our line are also welcome to dial in. How about samples?
We encourage potential customers to try our products by offering sampling programs. Currently we're offering a sample of our Bubbles n' Beads Shampoo & Conditioner in a 1 ounce clear bottle (so you can see all of the cool beads). We offer five of them for $5.00 but if you need a larger quantity give us a call and we'll discuss bulk pricing.

Do you have a wholesale order form?

Do you have any point of purchase materials?
Yes, all new customers receive our Welcome to the Pack Welcome Pack which includes an 11"x 17" Poster of SweetPea our spokesdog, individual item shelf talkers, consumer brochures, an invitation to the telenar and other useful items.

Do you offer credit terms?
We're sorry, at this time we don't offer credit terms.

Do you drop ship?
Happytails partners with digPETS.com, to make drop shipping easy and cost effective. Your order will ship in about 24 hours, there are no minimum orders or handling fees and the best part is that there is no drop ship fee.

Do you sell your products in PetSmart, PetCo etc?
Nope.

Can your products be used on cats?
All of happytails products are perfectly safe to use on cats, obviously we suggest you reduce the dosage of our ingestable products, and it's usually a good idea to use a little less of our shampoos and spritzers. If you have any questions just give us a call we're happy to help.
