RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or it is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can send you out a new item or refund your money If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within 30 days.

Shipping: All retail orders are shipped either by UPS or USPS Priority mail and will be shipped on the same or next business day.

WHOLESALE

Returns: Please report all damages within 3 days of receipt of merchandise by calling 866 HAPPY 20 or email us at customerservice@happytailsspa.com. We will replace your damaged products at no charge. There is a 10% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned and shipping is non-refundable.

Payment: All orders must be prepaid (check, visa, mastercard) unless credit has been established.

Credit: Credit terms may be available upon approval and after the first order.

Shipping: UPS unless otherwise requested. Rate is based on weight of the package x where it is being shipped.

Back Orders: If a product is going to be back ordered for more than one week, we will contact you to see if you would like the order to be held until it is complete, or ship the order without that back ordered product.
