If you carry our products we're happy to let you use our images and videos. There are a few ways that you can get them:

1. Of course you could just go to the particular product page and download them (right click on an image). These images are optimized for web viewing so are perfect if you're using them on your web site

2. If you're looking for hi resolution images for magazine or print publishing here are the instructions for downloading hi rez (300DPI) images from our FTP server. Don't worry, it's easy.

Start by clicking here
(You'll go to a site called DriveHQ where we host our FTP)

Use the following login info (you get to be me for a few minutes:-)
Username: KevinFisher   
Password: happytails

(Make sure that Online storage is selected in the pulldown menu to the right)

Open the folder All Pictures

Click on Hi Rez images (note: depending on your browser configuration there may be more than one page of thumbnail images: see pull down menu on the top right)

Rollover the images you want; you'll see a link to download (second from left in the panel that appears) click here, a dialog box will appear asking you where you want the images to download to...I don't need to tell you to remember this location do I?

If you carry our products we're happy to let you use our image of SweetPea but please note the following legal copy: The Spa dog and logo are copyright protected items and are offered for the exclusive use of our customers on the condition that they appear as one unit. Under no circumstances do we allow use of the photo without the associated happytails logo. The photograph and logo should appear in the relative sizes seen here and not adjusted in any way. Adjustments to proportion, color or cropping are not allowed. If you are intending to make any of these adjustments please contact us first. Use of this artwork denotes that you have read, agree, and will comply with these terms.
