Canadian Orders
Canadian orders may be placed directly through our secured website but are subject to applicable fees including customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. UPS is notorious for adding customs and duties onto Canadian orders. USPS Postal Service may be a better option for you. [learn more]

Providing correct address information
Please make sure to provide your complete and correct address information... a wrong street number, zip code, missing suite or apartment number may render your package undeliverable. We e mail an order confirmation with every order placed. Please take a moment to check that all the information in that e mail is correct.


UPS charges an address correction fee which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file at $10 (this is UPS charge, not ours. You will receive an invoice via email if these charges have been applied to your account.). The postal service does not offer an address correction service so please enter your information carefully!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it for a refund, exchange or credit. All returns must be made 30 days from date of purchase. Any product not in original packaging or in sellable condition will not be eligible for a return. Additionally, return items that are received back damaged are not refundable. Please insure your return as you are responsibile for making any claim to the shipper used. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Back Orders

In case an item is backordered please let us know if you would prefer us to:

• Ship back-order with new orders (most economical)
• Hold the order and ship complete (could be 1-2 weeks)
• Ship back-orders immediately (new shipping charge would apply)
• Cancel back-orders at time of order

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
Ecowelldog, Inc (Ecowelldog) has implemented a Minimum Advertised Price Policy on all of our products, which shall apply to wholesalers and retailers, including internet retailers. MAP pricing is established by Ecowelldog and may be adjusted by Ecowelldog at its sole discretion at anytime.


For Ecowelldog products the minimum advertised price cannot be lower than 15% of Ecowelldog's suggested retail price.


The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of Ecowelldog products in any and all media, including flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media including websites, email newsletters, email solicitations, television, radio and public signage.

The MAP policy does not apply to the actual sales price of any "check-out page" of any reseller's website or related internet site (the page which the end user finally purchases the product). If pricing is displayed, any strike-through or other alteration of the Minimum Advertised Price is prohibited.

The MAP policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual consumer within the resellers retail location or over the telephone. Resellers remain free to sell our products at any prices they elect. In cases of violation of the MAP policy, Resellers will be allowed twenty-four (24) hours to bring advertising into compliance or ecowelldog will cease supplying products to the Reseller.
